Custom development

AI application developmentWritten around the workflow you already use

We build an application layer on top of how the work is done today: where files live, who approves what, and which steps stay with a person. Any company can commission this work.

Scope, connected systems, and the people who review output are written into the project brief before work starts.

When it is worth discussing

Add a layer only when the same work keeps returning

If the same kind of work happens every week and the input is fairly stable, it is worth a conversation. One-off tasks, or a process whose rules are still changing, should be tidied first.

Internal knowledge is scattered

Policies, contracts, and product notes sit in shared drives, email, and chat. Every new question pulls an experienced colleague off their work.

Documents are copied by hand

Invoices, customs papers, and statements are typed into fields. One wrong cell often means the batch is done again.

Routine questions take the front line’s judgment

The same question arrives every day. Agents spend the time restating a standard answer instead of handling the exception.

The data exists, but the meeting cannot agree the week

Each department exports its own report. The decision needs one set of sources and one set of rules on the same board.

Cross-border work is only one of the settings

When an order, a document, and a reconciliation cross two places, the repeated steps can be joined. Overseas expansion is not the only use.

What can be built

Eleven directions. Pick the bottleneck you actually have.

Each item has its own page: how the work runs on site, and where a person still has to review it.

Operations and systems

Knowledge bases, workflow agents, document capture, dashboards, and custom software.

Internal knowledge base and assistant

Policies and files scattered across shared drives and chat, turned into answers a colleague can search — and a person still reviews.

A new hire asks about an approval rule. The system finds the current policy text. The person responsible confirms it.

Workflow agents

Repeated steps turned into an agent that can run, pause, and be traced. A person still approves the points that matter.

Once the attachments are complete, an internal form is filled in. A missing field or an odd amount stops the run and waits for a person.

Document processing and data capture

Agreed fields pulled from scans and PDFs. Exceptions go to a queue for a person to correct.

A batch of invoices yields date, amount, and the name on the document. Anything that does not match the master record waits for review. It is not posted.

Analysis and decision dashboards

Sources, rules, and the questions still to answer, on one board, so the figures you already have can be read together.

Orders, returns, and media records in one view, with the anomalies a person should open. The board does not conclude on its own.

Custom software, websites, and applications

A workbench people actually open, built on top of the systems already in place.

An internal site where named roles upload a case, read an assistant’s draft, and leave a review record.

Customers and content

Customer assistants, multilingual workflows, and marketing material.

Research and cross-border work

Market research, cross-border operations, and an assessment before integration.

How a build proceeds

Describe the current work before writing software

A model is one layer. Who is responsible at each step is written first. Then we decide whether search, capture, or drafting should connect to a tool you already use.

01

Describe the current work

How it is done, where the data lives, and who reviews it — before anyone picks a model.

02

Write the scope

One stretch of the process: inputs, outputs, and the points a person must pass.

03

A small prototype

Real samples, to see whether search, capture, or drafting holds up before the work gets wider.

04

Connect what you already use

Files, spreadsheets, the site, or an internal tool already in use.

Human review

The model drafts. A person decides.

A model can miss something, invent something, or treat an old file as the current rule. Replies to customers, financial figures, compliance judgments, and anything published outside the company need a person to read them. We leave a review step in the flow. We do not promise that the system will run itself.

Questions

What to settle before you commission the work

How is the scope set?
The work is shaped around your process and your systems. Scope, review points, and what gets handed over are written down before work starts.
Do we have to be expanding overseas to commission AI development?
No. AI application development is for companies in general. A cross-border process is only one setting.
Do you guarantee a result, or a number of hours saved?
No. What can be written down is the scope, the review points, and what is delivered. The result depends on the quality of the data, whether the process is stable, and whether people actually review the output.
Will our data be used to train a product for other companies?
Customer data is handled as the project agrees. It is not training material for a public product. Where it is stored, and who can open it, is written into the scope before work starts.
